Who is MixMyRx

We are a licensed compounding pharmacy operated in The United States. We compound tailored made products based on specific patient needs and deliver them straight to you. Our goal is to ensure all patients have affordable access to quality compounded medications. We strive to become the most trusted leading compound pharmacy in America

What is a compounding pharmacy?

Compounding is the preparation of a customized medication to solve a problem or meet a specific patient need. Compounding pharmacists work with practitioners and their patients to determine the most appropriate therapy for each individual.

For example, if an elderly patient or small child needs a reduced strength of medication or is unable to swallow a tablet, we can compound a pleasantly flavored liquid that can be easily administered. Sometimes we can prepare dosage forms containing more than one medication to simplify a confusing schedule and reduce the potential for medication errors. If you have problems giving medicine to your pets, we can help by compounding the drug into a form and flavor that the animal will devour!

Do you offer all medications at MixMyRx?

For now we only offer a certain range of medication, in the future we may expand. To see full list of medication available please see our medication list.

What comes with the membership?

The membership includes access to low cost on your prescription medication that is on medication list. Compounded oral medications for a month supply is $19 and compounded topical medications are $29. Many retail items are also $19 for months’ supply. The membership also includes ground shipping anywhere in the US. 

Do you carry any brand name retail medication?

What if my medication is not on the list?

We are continuously updating to expand to our covered med list. If you do not see your medication on the list, please contact us at 855-649-6979.

How do I know my compounded medication is high quality?

The raw materials that are ordered through our wholesalers has been thoroughly tested by third party labs located in the United States. All wholesalers that are used go through rigorous quality assurance testing and is registered with the FDA. All products ordered through our wholesalers comes with a COA (Certificate of Analysis) to verify potency and confirmation that it meets product specification.

Can I fill all my prescriptions at MixMyRx Pharmacy?

MixMyRx focus primarily on compounded medications, however we also fill a wide range of retail medications to accommodate patients needs. Please contact pharmacy if you have additional questions at 855-649-6979,

Prescription

Do I need a prescription to order medication?

Yes, you need a valid US prescription to be able to order medication.

What if another pharmacy has my prescription?

We will take care of transferring it for you! All we need is the name and phone number of the pharmacy that has your current prescription, what the prescription is, and who the doctor who prescribed it. You can find the form under “Upload Script”.

Do you offer automatic refills?

Yes we do, upon your request and approval we can set up autofill for you for the duration of your prescription.

Is there a limit to the amount of medication I can order?

Covered controlled III-V medications are allowed to be filled up to 90 days maximum within dosing guidelines. Non controlled medications can be filled up to 6 months if sufficient quantity allowed on prescription.

How much is a months supply of medication?

With the membership you get access to a months supply of compounded oral medication for only $19 and a compounded topical medication for only $29. Most retail medication are also only $19 for a month supply per prescription.

How much is the membership?

Membership for 1 year is $170 per member, that is less than $15 a month!

Do you charge tax?

We do not charge tax for medication or for $170 membership fee.

Do I have to become a member to get special pricing?

Yes, only members are offered special membership pricing.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to regulations governing prescriptions we are not able to process refunds or returns on sold prescriptions.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

Free shipping is included in the yearly membership.

Membership Account

What are Invitation Codes?

Refer family and friends to become a member and earn points when they join using your invite code!
The purpose of the invite code is to allow members who are interested in recommending friends and families to become members of MixMyRx.
Once invite code is applied the member will receive added benefits towards their own membership. Invite codes are for active members who would like to invite new members to the program. Exclusions may apply.

Is my private information secured through the website?

Yes, all personal information is secured with your login and your password. Please see our privacy policy.

What if there is an error with my order?

If there is an error caused by MixMyRx pharmacy please call 855-649-6979 so we can correct the error and replace your order at no cost to you.

What are my payment options?

For yearly membership fee we accept most major debit or credit cards.

Can I pay with my FSA and HSA cards?

Only medication purchased through MixMyRx pharmacy can be paid with FSA and HSA cards
